Tranaxillary approach for breast augmentation with Mentor moderate profile Siltex gel implants of 300 cc in submuscular plane was used in this case. There has been no problem so far since 2005.

This patient has bilateral accessory breasts but did not want to remove them. Augmentation was done by inframammary approach. Mentor 275-cc Siltex, high-profile implants were placed in submuscular plane. The postoperative photos were taken on the 6th day.

Submuscular approach was used. The implants were 375-cc Mentor smooth, round, high-profile type. Postoperative photos were taken on 17th day.

Thirteen days after facelift, lower blepharoplasty and endoscopic brow lift. Endoscopic brow lift can improve the upper eyelid puffiness and eyelid folds. Strong frownlines are also resolved. With proper technique, the underchin area can be significantly improved without liposuction. The lateral eye corners were also lifted up and anchored at the lateral orbital bone.

This man was embarassed by his large breasts. He had to wear specific types of shirts to cover them. By tumescent liposuction of the breasts (300 ml/side), improvement was obvious as seen in the photos he mailed back one year later.

35-year-old lady wanted to get rid of the nasal hump and overhanging tip. The surgery was done by open approach. The hump was removed and the tip cartilages were modified. The postoperative photos (right) were taken 6 months after the surgery. Please notice that the tip is now smaller and turned up a little bit

Before and after (8 months) photos showed significant improvement of the whole abdomen. Liposuction was also done to contour the sides of the abdomen for smooth transition. The last follow-up was in January 2010 (the patient came back for thigh lifts and liposuction of several areas).
